A reason to try it.
Useful tools are easier to choose when you know what they do, where to start, and what the catch is.
Start with something you want to do
Our collections connect tools, prompts, useful websites and guides around a task. Choose a starting point, see what you need, then try one small step.

A free tier can have limits. A trial ends. Open-source software can still need paid hosting or capable hardware. Look for the relevant limit before you spend time setting something up.

Prompts are starting points you can adapt. Guides connect a few practical steps. Saved items give you a way back when you need them again.

Source-checked entries refer to the maker’s documentation, product pages or repository. A checked date records that review. It does not mean we have personally tested every feature or that access and pricing cannot change.
Where an entry includes review scores or community comments, read their source and date. They are separate from our own experience. Follow the original source for current requirements before paying or sharing sensitive information.
The older catalogue
We keep older listings available for discovery, with a notice that they have not been rechecked. Their availability and free-plan claims may be out of date. Our current picks and task collections are the better place to start.
Tool-cover illustrations help you recognise an entry. They are conceptual artwork, not screenshots or evidence of a tool’s output.
Before you choose
- Does it fit the result you need?
- Can you use it with your device, account and budget?
- Is its main limitation acceptable for this task?
You do not need to collect every tool. One useful next step is enough.
